Activity Concierge Sites
UX/UI Design, WordPress Development

Background: Guests staying at Xplorie participating properties have access to a large catalog of activities, including complimentary options and additional activities available at a discounted rate.

Problem: Xplorie needed a way to showcase activities for free redemption and for purchase that was easy to navigate and mobile responsive. Each guest receives a personalized Fun Site that displays their complimentary activities, but the layout was originally designed for a limited set of items. As the company sought to expand and offer a much larger selection, it became necessary to introduce a solution that could display many activities while still maintaining the single page structure.

Process and Solution: I created wireframes and a new design that uses single activity tiles instead of category tiles, which expand to show the offer and activity details. The desktop and mobile toolbars were simplified for a cleaner experience, and a chat button was added for real-time support. To help guests navigate the expanded catalog, I introduced a toggle that allows users to easily switch between complimentary activities and exclusive offer activities.
