Background: Xplorie is an activity company dedicated to making guests' vacations memorable. Guests staying at Xplorie participating properties have access to a large catalog of activities, including complimentary options and additional activities available at a discounted rate.

Problem and Solution: Xplorie's internal reservation views needed a refresh. The UI was very slow, and hard to search effectively for guest reservations. By collecting user feedback from guest services, I created wireframes in Figma and developed a new interface using Filament.

Process: I began by gathering detailed feedback from the guest services team to understand the specific challenges they faced with the previous reservation views. Using this input, I created wireframes in Figma that focused on improving search functionality, performance, and clarity of information. After multiple review rounds, I refined the layouts to ensure they aligned with daily workflows and minimized friction. Once the designs were approved, I rebuilt the interface using Filament to take advantage of its fast, component-driven structure. The final result is a streamlined, responsive reservation view that loads quickly, is easier to navigate, and supports more efficient guest lookup for the internal team.
