Background: Xplorie is an activity company dedicated to making guests' vacations memorable. Guests staying at Xplorie participating properties have access to a large catalog of activities, including complimentary options and additional activities available at a discounted rate.

Problem and Solution: After Xplorie transitioned to an e-commerce environment where guests could purchase and redeem activities online, the company needed to replace its previous client deliverables. These deliverables included custom landing pages that had to be manually updated whenever a vacation rental partner changed their free activities or whenever an activity became unavailable. This process was time-consuming and difficult to maintain. Xplorie needed a more efficient, scalable solution that partners could easily integrate into their websites. I created an embeddable activity module that presents activities and offers clearly and updates automatically based on real-time data.

Process: I created wireframes in Figma, conducted several rounds of partner interviews, collected feedback, and used it to refine the module. By developing the final product with Laravel, Livewire, and Flux UI components, I built a dynamic activity module that updates itself whenever activity data changes. Partners can embed the module on their websites using a simple custom script provided by Xplorie. Partners can also request different module settings such as badge color, custom headings and header images.
