Find My Booking Link Cloud Page for E-Commerce Platform
Role: UX/UI Designer, Front End UI Developer

Background:
Xplorie is an activity company that is dedicated to making guests' vacations memorable. Guests staying at Xplorie participating properties have access to a large catalog of activities, some of which are free with their stay, and the rest bookable at a discounted rate.

Problem & Solution: Xplorie needed a branded page to send to guests' that were booking their vacation activities through Xplorie's platform. The form needed to validate the guests' information so that guests' could access their activity booking page. The form checks the guests' email address, confirmation ID from their vacation rental booking, first name, last name, and the first and last day of their rental stay. As long as the guest information is validated in Xplorie's system, the guests' activity booking page link will populate. If the guests' information is not validated, a CTA will tell the user to call the Xplorie call center to retrieve their link.

Process:
A beta test was run with a form that included only the guests' first name, last name, and start and end date of their stay. Through feedback from guests' and agents working at the Xplorie call center, it was determined that the original test form did not collect enough information from the guest. I created task flows and wireframes to create a form that provided enough information for the system to populate the link, as well as submission success pages and failure pages.

The booking link features an additional flow - if the guest inputs a different email than the one they booked their vacation rental with, the form will use the confirmation ID and the rest of the fields to validate their information and the user is asked to confirm their provided email.
